Luzzani Dental has decided to keep its production 100% Made in Italy. In the company's own production plant all the operations that characterize a state-of-the-art manufacturing process are carried out. The syringes are manufactured through highly automated technological processes in combination with human intervention, which is essential to ensure the quality of the product. The various departments are supervised by qualified staff, including the moulding of techno-polymers, precision turning with CNC machines, shaping, cutting and laser engraving of tubes, assembly and mounting up to the completion of the entire process. Finally, each product is tested to ensure that it is fully operational.
